Bad service recently received from Chatz Connect Mall@55

The service is very bad the guy who works there has a very bad service towards customers instead of assisting the customers he just sits and not do anything even though he can see that there is a que he doesn't have patience for customers maybe is because I am not looking like I have a profession he looks down on customers while he can see that the other consultant is out because he is a manager he doesn't deal with customers he is so u friendly and not professional I dont know how they do things at Chatz Connect Mall@55
