Bad experience
I took a phone contract at vodacom chartz Lebowakgomo mall@lebo branch on the 04 June 2019, till today i havent received my phone. I have been told to come back to for the 5th time today without any clarity. The manager keeps calling her superiors but they dont give her any clarification on what is the problem with my phone coming. I dont have a problem with the staff im happy with how they treat the customers but im not happy with how Vodacom chartz operate please work on delivering your orders in time because this bad customer service.
