Annoyed and Disappointed

<p>My sim card was upgraded without my permission. the sim carm was expiring. i received a cell phone which i returned back and told them i didnt request any upgrade on my number.i got in contact with a lady called Leigh from vodacom chartz, she informed me that it would be reversed. to my surprise money went out of my account, i called her the whole of December without any response, finally when i got hold of her she told me my money will be reversed which didnt happen. This month again money was debited from my account for this mess they created. i want my money back and everything to go back to where it was. I didnt ask for this. and sadly when i speak with her she is rude, like i am disturbing her peace. I WANT MY MONEY BACK VODACOM!!! </p>
