Dry cake cold pie and poor service

Had Turkish pie and black forest cake at Chateau gateaux gateway thus morning. Cake was dry and pie cold. Asked for pie to be heated. Came back cold. Had to take it in to be reheated. Unpleasant when stuff not cheap
