*********** staff at Chateau gateaux gateway. Paid for 2 coffees and cakes on 1 November. Teller lady forgot to tell me to scan for my points using the app. She took my name and cell and said points would be added within 2 to 3 days. Been 8 days and NO points added. Went in on Thursday to find out what's happening- told points would be added- myth?
