Chatday.ai continues to bill after cancelation.

I registered and paid for the 7 day trial. I send emails to cancel my subscription but Charday.ai continues to try to bill me. Their consultants asked me to follow steps to cancel however these options are not available on their website. It is ****. I have not received a confirmation of my cancelation.
