Useless and disappointing

I've used this company for a few years and they have been great. This time round there was a delay in my license and, initially I received responses from the support team. When the disk still didn't arrive ,I kept writing to chase up the issue. No response in weeks. I've paid my money. No license disk. No response. No phone number to get hold of these guys. Nothing. They have really let me down and have basically ****** the money . Paid for a service not delivered. Seems that, if there is a hiccup in getting the license from the city, then these guys just fall apart and go silent instead of helping you out.
