Over R1000 paid for license disc. Zero delivery
Worst service ever. No updates, no contacts to do follow ups. Its been 3 weeks if waiting for my license disc. Does anyone know how/ where one can get their refund?

Do not recommend poor service very good on accepting payments
This is the worst service ever They dont reply to emails They take in the money and they dont do the job lve been waiting for my disc for more than a week now Not even an explanation of whats the hold up,l have sent multiple tickets and nothing fu_ked up service That bot on the app is ****ing me off very bad bad bad service I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

Terreble service
This company doesn't even deserve a star, they are unreachable and unhelpful, I don't know how I can get a refund and go do disk my self at the bank. I paid them over a 1000 but my disk is still not delivered, I don't know here I could lay a complaint

Waiting for licence disk
I am waiting for my licence disk since 9 July. This is now ridiculous. It cannot take this long. Payment was made and delivery was to be in 19 business days. I need my licence disk delivered urgently. I need an urgent update on this situation please.

Very poor service
⭐ 1 Star I would not recommend this service to anyone. It is supposed to make life easier, but instead it caused unnecessary stress. After three weeks I still haven’t received my disk, and communication has been almost non-existent. Messages go unanswered and there are no updates. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Will not be using this service ever again.

Hassle-Free Refund & Outstanding Customer Service.
I highly recommend ChatBack for their professional handling of my recent application. Although we weren't able to finalise the licence disc renewal due to some issues, the support I received from Precious Delx was outstanding. She kept me informed and ensured that my refund was handled immediately and without any stress. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that prioritises the customer, even when things don't go as planned.

Overcharged service and poor service
Last year I received a Chatback message regarding the renewal of my vehicle disc and I thought the process was led by Road Traffic Management Agency. I then though the process would be easy and quick, yes it was quicker however the prices paid was double the amount that I normally pay for my disc renewal. Seeing that I have paid double the amount double , I then approached RTMC for free renewal because I paid double the amount. Only to find out that Chatback is not an entity of the RTMC. I need my refund because I was charged double and I tried to get its head office line but I'm not winning. They should remove their payoff line.
