Poor service from Chatback: renewing license disc

I thought using Chatback to renew my license disc was a very convenient move; I was wrong. I used Chatback to renew my license disc. However, I have been waiting for 4 weeks now to get my license disc. They promise a turnaround of 5 days but that has not been the case with me. Now that the Minister of transport is saying the deadline for non-penalty renewing of license discs was yesterday, I am not sure who will be responsible for the fines and penalties. I have writen emails and I have used their ticket system but still no feedback. Had I known that they were going to be like this definitely I would have done it myself. Even if I ask for a refund now, how is it going to help me.
