Poor Service

Good day I am very unhappy with the service I received/ or lack thereof from ChatBack, I send proof of payment on 30th of Jan, 3 Feb proof of address as requested, and haven’t heard back from ChatBack since the 7th of Feb, I understand that the lockdown has affected a lot of services, but no reply in 3 months is unacceptable. Please can this matter be prioritized. Reg nr CF40H*GP C Moller
