Pathetic service

I wish I had checked the reviews before dealing with this company. Worst customer service at all. Exorbitant fees for nothing. Had to pay for courier over and above the service fees that I had to pay. I will never use this service again. I would rather spend the entire day at the post office trying to get my disc renewed. I only used the service because I thought it would be convenient as they work with my insurance company.
