Pathetic service

24th August 2022, I used Chatback services for a car license disc. All relevant information was provided for, associated costs paid up as well. It's the 20th of Semptember 2022 now, no feedback. Default reply from their system says "verifying information ". What's even worse, their number cannot receive a call.
