Pathetic service

I have still not received my vehicles license renewal. Everything paid for and no sign of the renewal. No contact numbers or email addresses to follow up. Will never use this service again, and will most definitely not recommend to my friends, family or work colleagues!

PRABAGP - This is the number we paid for. I guess the only way to resolve this is to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.
