Horrible service: Stay away

Having read about convenience of renewing vehicle licences via WhatsApp, I was tempted to try ChatBack on Monday 9 December 2019. I was hoping to renew my licence before leaving for my vacation on the 14th of December. To my surprise, I was notified the licence disk would be delivered within 5 business days after I paid for the service. Whenever I check on progress, I get a message saying processing and nothing seems to be moving. In an effort to get convenience, I have been greatly inconvenienced. I advise anyone considering to use this service to keep away. Rather use the traditional service providers or stand in the queues.
