Great Service, to begin with....

I decided to use the services of Chatback to renew my vehicle licence purely for the convenience. It took less than five minutes to complete the application and provide all my supporting documentation, and make my payment. I received updates when expected, and even though the delivery terms were changed mid-way, from door-to-door, to collection from Clicks, everything went smoothly. WoW! Great Service.... Until I checked my license disc. It had been issued for eleven months - I was one month short of my regular expiry date. I took some snaps and forwarded them to the ChatBack number, with no response. I re-read the instructions, and rep**** with "Help" twice - no response. I searched for a telephone number to no avail. I sent a further message requesting assistance and have still received no response. How do I get in contact with a human being to resolve my query? It seems that Hello Peter is my only option unfortunately.
