Extremely frustrated

I have been waiting since level 4 lockdown for my disc, according to the status on the what’s app chat, it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t. During lockdown an envelope with a disc cover and the promotions catalogue was delivered, but not the disc.. Please if someone can tell me how to contact Chatback to speak to a human being. As all I have is the what’s app chat. All that needs to happen is delivery. I don’t understand the delay.
