Excellence service!! Really impressed and would use again (and recommend to others)

I used ChatBack to renew registration/license discs for two vehicles which expired in 2020 (got stuck out of the country with COVID ... have not been back since). ChatBack was very quick and easy; it just works. I was really happy with the electronic delivery - I had printable PDF copies within two business days!! The paper copies were couriered to the address provided (took a bit longer to be delivered but more than acceptable). I was also pleasantly surprised at how responsive (quick, professional, and to the point) the ticketing system for support was. I had queries about expectations and these were answered promptly, clearly and accurately. This services was an absolute pleasure to work with; delivered exactly what was promised along with excellent communication. A real life saver for those of us outside of SA!!
