do not use their service. they are not reliable

I paid for my licence in December and have yet to be delivered the licence disk. i paid a premium for the service more than double if i had gone to the traffic department to renew my licence. i have tried to get answers from them and they are not replying. the risk is that i will get a fine for not renewing the licence on time.
