ChatBack was awesome!

I app**** for my license disc renewal late on Thursday afternoon, 19 January 2020 on the ChatBack WhatsApp group. This was after 3 weeks of attempting to renew my disc at the Post Office (system was offline). I was extremely impressed by the speed of response and ease of making payment. My disc was ready yesterday (less than the 5 business days delivery time originally stipulated). I was able to track my delivery and was kept updated via WhatsApp and SMS on my parcel status. I will definitely use this service again!
