Chatback Service!!

My first initial interaction with ChatBack was very convenient. It was very simple and the turnaround time was excellent. I received my license disk within a few working days and was very pleased with the service I received. I then decided to renew my second vehicle through Chatback and was under the impression that I will receive the same level of service as the first time. Unfortunately I was wrong and at this point I am very frustrated. I submitted my renewal request on the 5th of February and paid the same day. Since then I have not had any feedback nor was my license disk delivered. I have prompted the "STATUS" message on the Whatsapp number numerous times where it replies "PROCESSING". I have prompted the "HELP" message where I do not even get any reply. I am very irate with Chatback at this point, reasoning for my review. I am still awaiting your response!!
