CHATBACK holding up my licence!!!!
If I could give 0.00 starts I would. When something looks to good to be true it probably is .... The process is fairly easy, paying the money is easy but they have have they closed for Christmas. I whatsapp "status" but all you get back is a standard "Vehicle Licence renewals: Vehicle: H***000GP Status: PROCESSING Please note we are experiencing high volumes at the moment."
Earlier message also says you can whatsapp "HELP" and someone will phone back - well gues what - nothing!!!
Best part of all, my other licences are now also held up (with late fees) because the Spar/PostOffice/etc cannot process my other licences while CHATBACK has my 1st licence in "PROCESSING"
Please can someone come back to me!!!! I've been regularly querying - but only the standard reply!
We know we have slipped on some cases during December and early January due to unexpectedly high volumes. We have taken corrective action. If your complaint hasn’t been dealt with yet please provide us with you registration number so we can investigate.
