ChatBack - are they a ****?

Paid a significant amount of money for this company to assist me in renewing my license disc in March.. They were very professional and quick tk respond to my queries BUT...since April I have heard absolutely nothing, have tried calling (the number provided does not work anymore) , they are no longer on watsapp and have not responded to my mails... Appalling to say the least
