ChatBack Absolute No NO!! Beware

After hearing how easy it was was to renew your license disc I decided to use ChatBack. Biggest mistake..

I provided the relevant documents and made payment via snapscan in early December. I was then told that the car wasn’t registered in my name (This was false)and the info on the documents didn’t match. I subsequently went to the traffic department, and it did match so I just payed for the license disc there.

Since then I been emailing them asking for a refund become they didn’t do anything at all, just take my payment.. but nothing has come of it. I Was told to email my bank details to *** and they facilitate the refund. Bit after doing so and checking up more than twice about all I get is silence.

So they have basically took my payment 4 months ago and not provided anything in return.
