Avoid all the unpleasantness associated with renewing vehicle licenses.

We have used Chatback on several occasions to renew vehicle licenses since approx. November last year (business and personal).

The reliability and convenience of the system and service offered has been outstanding. NOT having to deal with unfriendly and unprofessional licensing and postal staff, the interminable queues, the "system offline" excuses and now mitigating the risk of contracting COVID-19 has been a real gift.

We had a bit of hesitation renewing vehicles that expired during lockdown as the fees looked unreasonably high but, further to a prompt and comprehensive response from Charl at their Gauteng office, it was explained that excess fees would be refunded if the license department doesn't charge them. We logged an application on Monday and by Tuesday morning we had received the emailed license disc AND notification of the refund for the fees the department hadn't charged.

More than happy to continue using the service and recommend wholeheartedly. Just hope government doesn't find a way to mess this service up too!
