I wanted to take a moment to thank you on this platform so South Africans are aware that a Human being such as yourself who cares actually exist to help help guide and STEER consumers in the right direction all things VEHICLE. Thank you for your valuable advice on how to handle the poor customer service I’ve been experienced in the motor industry 2weeks ago. Your insights were incredibly helpful and gave me a fresh perspective on how to approach the situation more effectively.
Firstly, Mike called me at he's expense, listened attentively to our concerns after we purchased a new Vehicle CASH and guided us the best way he could.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your expertise with me. It has made a big difference in how I feel about tackling this issue going forward.

To receive a review like this, is both humbling and an absolute eye opener. To have assisted was an absolute pleasure and good people deserve the best.
The way you were initially treated by the BAIC (Beijing) Dealer disgusted me to the core. It is for this very reason a Dealership like that will never be on CHANGECARS.
