Bad Service

I recently app**** for a loan with Chain Pay it was to cover medicval bills they advised i had been pre approved hooray hippee for me i sent all required docs signed sealed and delivered and then COLD TURKEY!!!! No responses therafter called switch board they tell me the agent dealing with my application has gone on leave THE NERVE! SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME i have sent dozens of emails no response the switch board lady advised they would contact that was at 11 but still nothing what a waste of time
