Complaint on withdrawal
My mom has been struggling for almost 5 months to get her money from 1st Fortress and then chainex. With every withdrawal request, she muat pay a fee then a gas fee then exhange fee...now it is insurance fee...she doesn't have any more funds to give..how on earth does she get her own funds. It has been back and forth on email forever.

30 Apr 2025, 17:47Just received confirmation from chainex themselves that CHAINEX ****med my mother!!..either their emails are hacked or insider ****mers are busy. BEWARE!! They keep asking for deposits to release your own funds. A ***** case will be opened.
