False SCOR Exams

They advertise that they will provide exams for you to prep yourselves, but they provide false information and their money back guarantee is worthless, they will never get back to you. I ordered an exam on SCOR. They advertise that they: 1. Have they latest exams 2. Update their info as soon as a new exam come out 3. Have professionals that supply them with updates 4. Have a money back guarantee

I paid and received my SCOR exam. 1. Many of the questions had spelling mistakes - cannot be original 2. Some of the answers did not match the available answer options in the question (multiple choice) 3. Some of the questions did not match study material, i then discovered they were asking question from Version 10 which were a few years old, SCOR was already on version 12 4. I contacted them to enquire about their false advertising on 28 April 2019, again on 2 May, again on 4 May, again on 11 May, it is now 2 June 2019, no resolution. The closest we came was on 13 May i received an email from a GMAIL address, letting me know that i can choose any other exam from cert****er.net (note i bought from cert****er.com). I am not writing other exams, what is the offer supposed to do for me?? 5. I subsequently also came across the same exam questions (that is available for free) on “quizlet” – they plagiarized their exam questions as-is and sold it as their own !! PLEASE BE AWARE: they use domains cert****er.com/cert-****er.com/certkiler.net and emails come from a gmail address???? ********** - they do not use professionals, - they do not have the latest exam info, - they cannot help you prepare for the exam - they will NOT Honor they money back guarantee - they will NOT give any meaningful response to your emails
