i purchased a Gweb last year and man what a mistake.i am having problem after problem.my calls keep getting cut off as soon as i answer so i called the technical support and had to fill out a form and send it back which i did on 11/12/2022.on the 14/12 there was still no reply so i sent an email requesting a reply but the reply i got was for somebody elses gweb NOT MINE.i sent a mail back telling them and to this day no one has bothered to reply and now the gate is opening by itself which is a huge safety risk and the volume has become very low on the intercom.i am losing soo many tokens with this and you can never get hold of a supervisor NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
