Non response from technicians

This company remains a challenge to get reasonable service from. Their security remains a risk and this is the so called business they represent. They have a whattsapp number to send photos to so the technician can see the problem you are referring to as they dont seem to understand their own product when you try and explain the problem over the phone. When you do send them photos then they just dont respond. A motorised security gate is exactly that, a security gate!!!. Obviuosly one would expect a sense of urgency, especially when you continuosly phone them to please help... Shocking irresponsible service!!
