i have to pay for repairs that could have been resolved 2 and a half years ago
I bought a D5 Evo gatemotor September 2017. Installed November 2017. It worked well for about 3 weeks and then i got a promt that states "MOTOR FAULT". I contacted Technical Department at Centurion. Technician told me to take it back to my dealer so it can be returned so it can be send back to check it out. 4 December 2017 i took it back. I only recieved it back in February 2018. Where I was told to buy a new battery because that was the problem. I did all that. It was fine for a month , then the same prompt came up " MOTOR FAULT ". My supplier send someone to me to assist. He change the motor oil sensor and the magnet. Wow. It worked for 2 months. Then the same " MOTOR FAULT " appeared. 3 months in total. So from there on it was a struggle. It worked for maybe a day a week.
I was in and out of town and had now time to take the motor out and return it for repairs. So now my motor is back at Centurion and im being charged R1500 for a repair. Because its out of warranty. Why do i have to pay if the problem could have been resolved the first time it went in for the so called new battery i had to buy. But still had the same problem. Its already 2 months now that im waiting and struggling to get an answer. Not even speaking about how long Im going to wait for it to be repaired.
I paid R4900 for my D5 Evo. And now i must pay again to get it fixed the right way after 2 and a half years. Does all your clients get the same poor service that im getting? Its a fab machine. But hell guys. Its only awesome if you get the service that you deserve
