Good Service at a service desk

Hello Had a Problem with my Garage door opener and was assisted by Donovan in the service and repair desk and he was able to diagnose and show me what the problem was and then to give me a suitable solution to resolve the issue with a smile and some really good guidance on installing the rectified product.
