Good backup service

Previously, I wrote a negative review regarding the D5 EVO motor. I had reported a strange erratic behaviour, which I thought would be related to the controller PCB. The problem had been driving me mad for 2 weeks. I decided to visit the technical departement at head office in Northriding. The technician I talked to grasped what my problem was. They upgraded the PCB to the latest firmware and replaced the magnetic bi-stable switch. I was apparantly the 2nd customer who reported this erratic behaviour. The problem was sorted out, My gate motor now works as expected. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that Centurion in Pretoria should have done more than just test the PCB as I gave accurate feedback regarding the problem.
