Dont answer phone during...
The call centr message states that the operating hours are between 8am and 4pm on a Saturday. If I am not mistaken today IS a Saturday!! Nobody answers the phone! instead another message appears to say that one must not forget the website and then says \Goodbye"and the call ends! So annoyed!!!"""
