Please accept my humblest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience. Regrettably, the plan to sunset the Lattice system was initiated in 2022. We did our best to communicate this as widely as possible; however, we do understand that the communique wouldn't have reached everyone. As an obsolete product, it is not viable for us to continue supporting the product indefinitely and, therefore, we no longer carry spares for the Lattice system. We truly do apologise for the inconvenience.

06 Mar 2024, 18:38I really don't accept your answer. The unit was manufactured 11/2022 sold to me by you in 2023 .your guy at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE . And basically told me there is no such thing as the CPA and I must be careful when quoting the law of the land . And this was TODAY. ***
