Nurse without a heart

I had a cataract operation today. Day went well until, I was treated like an animal. One staff member went out of her way to destroy my day. I have had some bad experiences in my life, but never while I can hardly see, eye covered with a patch, defenseless week and at the mercy of a mercy less, rude, degrading, arrogant, heartless assistant, who should not be allowed to work with patients who are suffering and in desperate need friendly treatment and assistance. Keep her away from me and away from anyone in need of help. How one person can destroy what so many people try to build up.
