Eye Operation at Centurion Eye Hospital
Dr P. Janse van Rensburg and Team, This message is for you and your entire staff. Finding the right words to describe this experience is not easy, because it was truly exceptional. Throughout my entire journey, I was consistently kept informed and up to date, which gave me great reassurance. The staff both in the rooms and at the hospital were incredibly caring, kind, and always respectful. Dr P. Janse van Rensburg came highly recommended, and after undergoing operations on both of my eyes, I fully understand why. The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail was outstanding. New Year Emergency Thank You
On New Years Eve my dad started complaining of something in his eye (on the inside). It got progressively worse. We live about 200km from the nearest hospital and it was already late at night. We had to wait until the following day to travel. The Eye Institute could not help, the ER at Wilgers could not help and referred him to Dr. le Roux for the following day. I was too worried and phoned the emergency number. Dr. le Roux was so thoughful and kind as to explain to me what could be happening (even thought he was at home) and to agree to see my father in an hour. It turned out he had a tear in his retina, which Dr. le Roux fixed immediately, all on the 1st of January. I will never forget this kindness and care and I am exremely grateful to Dr. le Roux. Thank you!
