Online purchase not received

I bought sneakers for central4attire online market on December 3 2021. They said 25 working days to delivery. OK cool. On the 19th I got a sms notifying me of the parcel being handed over to couriers. On the 4 of January 2022. I tried getting hold of them it was then that I found out the whole online market is shut down with a "We be back soon" I can not even trace the order. Today it is still down my money is gone for nothing they are ******** who rip honest working cunsumers of South Africa and they should be found and prosecuted.
