Takes complaints seriously

I recently left a scathing 1-star review for Centracom, due to me harassed by spam calls originating from a number showing Centracom as the provider.

It is most commendable that they are monitoring HelloPeter, and actually go to the effort of following up complaints from the general public.

I do still think there's more that can be done by telecoms providers in general to reduce the scourge of unwanted calls. Maybe there's hope for some regulatory support similar to laws in California in the current political climate in SA.
