Minimum Billing
Please be aware of paragragh 13.8. of their terms and conditions which reads "Centracom reserves the right to charge a minimum billing fee of R500 per voice account." which they do without any notice or reasons why, which doubled our monthly billing. and they dont respond when you inquire.

We only implement this when a customer’s average annual usage has fallen below the minimum required. The minimum requirement is necessary for us to maintain our industry leading service levels, which would not be possible on the profit margin accruing from billings below the minimum.
