Centracom inept at best
Our Company had been a Corporate customer with Centracom for a few years at which stage we decided to do a review of our account. It turns out that Centracom had been billing us the incorrect rates and after highlighting this to them they only partially credited us for the incorrect billing and refusing to explain why it was not corrected in its entirety. Further they have continually been unable to reconcile and manage our account . After doing a cost comparison with competitors they were unable to match rates and so we terminated services. This too has been nightmarish with Centracom unable to work out the correct process and even unable to identify all our sites.

I've managed to trace the company you work for, and see you are from Harry Walt T/A Continental Linen. We had an agreement in place with you for a specific voice rate that you disputed after signing and agreeing to 2 years prior. It was an industry standard rate based on your outbound call volume.
You were unhappy about this and decided to cancel services with us which we processed according to your cancellation letter. I have on record that we asked for all of your site names 3 times, to which you guys didn't check/reply with additions etc. One of your sites (Pedritt Trading) was not cancelled by you, and wouldn't have been picked up by us in our checks as it has no relation to your registered name or trade name. Only after we processed the initial batch did you guys inform us of this.
Whilst I understand the frustration, we deal with many complex installations, and we always ensure the accuracy of our work, but we need correct input to assist in these processes. Further to this we offer market leading rates but these are volume based.
We are sad to see you go and we wish you guys all the best in business.
