Warning - Red Alert - Alfie

One thing that this company prides itself in is having a maintenance team headed by Alfie - simply the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If you are expecting customer service from him- be aware he owns the rights to the book - How to provide zero customer service. Its unbelievable that companies still have people like him working for them - arrogant, rude, condescending and the lists go on. I cannot wait for the day my lease ends and get away from Celsa Properties. I wonder if owners of units realize that he cost them money?
