Would give 0 stars if possible. Blatantly enriches themselves through tenant deposits. Dishonest and very nonchalant about it. Was charged R862.50 for paint to cover a 3.0m x 2.5 m wall. 5L of said paint costs R605.36 on date of this review. I was overcharged in the first instance, and was 100% correct in my assumption that Celsa is using my money to paint out the entire property or keep it for other damages in other properties. Also kept R1000 of our deposit back, apparently for water and electricity bills... we were on prepaid water and electricity.... and left over 1000L of water, as well as electricity for the next tenant.... ********* practices. Do not rent from this agency! Should my money not be refunded according I will be editing my review and will be naming and shaming.
