Very *********, very dishonest and *******. The service is pathethic and the communication almost non existent. I had problems with resolving maintenance issues, incorrect accounts, payments not recorded, municipal accounts not being paid to the owner. Claimed the municipal account was in arreas, which it wasnt, they omitted payments and emails. They claimed I didnt put in a notice after I even sent proof. They threathen you with legal action and demand letters instead of taking accountability for their errors. They ***** from their clients. Getting my deposit back was a disaster.
