Degrading treatment

We moved in to the apartment on 31 January 2020 and almost 2 days later we had a blocked kitchen sink. My husband sent them an email and they responded and asked that we send a snag list. As a working mom it was hard for me to get around completing this list - I did it and sent it to them a few days after. Today is the 12th and we still have a blocked kitchen sink - we have to use the bathroom sink to rinse and wash things used in the kitchen, a shower door that is dysfunctional and a leaking bathroom tap amongst other things. When I sent a reminder on Monday, I was indirectly told the snag list is with someone in maintenance. Would the people from Celsa bare cleaning utensils used by their little baby and family in the bathroom for 12 days - not knowing when and if ever their issues will be resolved? This is inhuman and degrading.
