Celsa Property review

I rented a house from Celsa Property in 2017 and at the time of moving in I gave them a snag list of items in the house that needed attention. The pool cleaner was not working Shower door broken Toilet leaking Lights in kitchen not working Builders rubble left in garden Etc I contacted them on many occasions but no repairs ever done. They came and did many routine inspections but ignored the problems. I continued to pay my full rent on time every month although I was legally advised not too. I only did this as I did not have money to pay a double deposit at another place. I contacted them again when the roof started leaking badly last year. They once again sent someone to do a quote but since no work done and roof still leaks. The pool not clean in two years etc. After all the inspections done by them no complaints of any damage by us was received. I have been sending mail upon mail for this to be corrected but they are not willing to help. They said they are still in negotiations with the house owner for the last year. After many complaints I have now received a letter from their compliance clerk that I must be out the house by month end or they are going to EVICT me. My lease only ends in November. I must now let them bring people around to view the house as possible new tenants. Nothing has been fixed in two years and they are showing the house with leaking roof and all to clients who are expected to pay alot higher rental that I currently am.This is what Celsa thinks about their current and prospective clients. I have never been treated this badly before.Had I known I would have rather lived in my car. STAY AWAY !!!!
