Bad Service

Probably the worst service I have had in my life. A small part of my double deposit was repaid and I have requested now for the 7th time for a printout of how they have got to the figure they got. This has just been totally ignored. Seems as if they are trying to draw out holding onto my deposit for as long as possible. It is now 2 months.
