I lodged a claim for my ****** iPhone 5s on the 9th of November 2015. I'd been waiting to receive my replacement phone for a month and I had grown quite frustrated. Then came into the picture Cellular Phone Replacements, wow. The customer service had me willing to wait an extra month (which did not happen) day to day updates and unbelievably friendly service. They even went the \extra mile"and offered me 2 alternatives to receive my phone on top of the free delivery service they offered. <br> <br> My phone was called in specially from Cape Town at no extra charge to myself"
