Zero Trust

I replaced the battery on my iPhone and after a week the battery "came loose" and started rattling around in the phone. I went to a different Apple Certified Reseller to open it up and fix it. They said they'd never seen such bad workmanship, and the they confirmed my suspicion that the new battery was not an original Apple product.
