Worst service

I bought my phone at Cellucity Greenacres, and was offered insurance with one of their insurance companies adminplus. My phone became damaged and i took the phone into the store for repairs in September 2019. To this day i have not received the phone. Each time i go to the store i receive different stories! I was eventually given the number for this insurance company today where i was told that they never received the phone from Cellucity. i spoke to the manager of the store who was not willing to assist. It has been 6 months and no-one can help me! You just don't treat people this way!
